  • Sarah’s CoolSculpting Advice!

Jordan: Welcome to CoolCast! All about Advanced Skin and Body Solutions in Bellevue, Washington, the country’s #1 CoolSculpting team. I’m happy to be here with Licensed Master Esthetician and CoolSculpting / Body Contour Specialist, Sarah Erley. Sarah, thanks for coming on the podcast!

    Sarah: Thanks for having me!

Jordan: I’m looking forward to learning more about your “boots on the ground” CoolSculpting experience. So, the first thing to ask: How did you get started at ASBS and how long have you been here so far?

Sarah: I came in for a CoolSculpting treatment during that quarantine time of COVID, around May or June, 2020. I got to see the spa, met the owner, some other coworkers here and had a really great experience! I was finishing up my Master Esthetician license at that time. Just chatting about what my future career outlooks were. There was a part-time opening to help out at the front desk. Then, by about September of 2020, I started doing CoolSculpting treatments to learn more about it.

Jordan: Out of curiosity, did you know going into treatment that you were also looking for a job? Or did it just happen that way?

Sarah: Not at all. It just happened that way! There were good vibes here, I liked the space, I thought, “I could maybe pursue this and get my foot in somewhere.” It seemed like a good place to start my esthetics career.

Jordan: Definitely. So I know you’re still a Master Esthetician, but do you find yourself doing much esthetics work now? Or does your job mainly involve CoolSculpting?

Sarah: I mainly do CoolSculpting. We also have Emsculpt NEO (Muscle Toning). On occasion, I’ll do esthetics focused things: like facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning. I wouldn’t consider those treatments my full time job, but I’m still able to do them and love performing them. It’s nice to switch things up and have a thorough understanding of everything we offer. I can help with consults, or if clients have questions I’m able to give them details about our services.

Jordan: So jumping off of that, what is your favorite treatment out of everything you perform?

Sarah: My favorite is dermaplaning! Because it gives immediate results and satisfaction. You’re removing that top layer of dead skin and peach fuzz. The first pass you do results in immediate glow, shine and healthy looking skin. I like that aspect. Really, CoolSculpting is super fun too. It gives me more time to build relationships with clients because they’re here longer.

Jordan: Sure, because they’re sitting in that treatment chair for longer and there’s time to chat.

Sarah: Yes, 2 to 8 hours sometimes!

Jordan: I haven’t heard of 8 hour sessions. How many body areas would be treated?

Sarah: For 8 hours, probably full torso and abdomen; your stomach, back, flanks, arms, etc. Sometimes, depending on the person it might be submental (under the chin area). Or inner and outer thighs. 8 hours would be a full body treatment depending on the number of cycles needed. The majority of that time is spent with abs and flanks.

Jordan: Going back to the first step, can you describe the process clients can expect going from CoolSculpting consultation all the way to treatment?

Sarah: Yes, so when a client comes in for a consult, we educate them on how CoolSculpting works, the process, and what to expect. We determine whether they’re even a candidate. We tell them about complications, contraindications, and go over a price quote. After the consult, our CoolSculpting expert will take photos of the patient’s body. We always take weight and mark treatment areas. We apply a gel pad and attach the applicator. We make sure you’re really comfortable: with fuzzy socks, a robe, blankets, we offer coffee, tea, and snacks! Clients here for 4+ hours get a free lunch, then you basically can work, relax, nap, watch Netflix or make phone calls. Do what you’d like to do for 35, 45 or 75 minutes.

Next, we remove the applicators, do a massage (not super comfortable) but it’s part of the treatment to kill more fat cells. We might repeat these steps: downtime, switch applicators, downtime, etc. At the end, we apply a treatment cream by Alastin called “TransFORM” – that helps speed up the process of dead fat cell removal. Last, we end treatment, walk the client to the front and they either schedule another treatment within 30 days, or if they’ve been advised to wait, they book a follow up. 10 weeks from that date. In 10 weeks, we’d take photos and decide how to move forward. Post-treatment, patients can expect to be swollen, tender and sore for 1-2 weeks. Expect to see results around 4 weeks. You’ll continue seeing fat reduction for up to 20 weeks.

Jordan: Ok. How often can clients go directly from their first consult, right into treatment?

Sarah: Fairly often. A lot of times clients will come in for a consultation and if we have time in our schedule, we book them for the same-day. If not same-day, definitely within a week. We have a large team that does CoolSculpting full-time. It gives clients more options to book.

Jordan: Yeah, I imagine that’s more convenient. So, the last question I’ll do for this “Part 1” (hear Sarah next time in Part 2): What’s your favorite success story of working with one client to achieve their aesthetic goals?

Sarah: I would say my favorite aesthetic outcome was CoolSculpting arms on a woman. We applied a couple applicators, just after one treatment (10 weeks later) she wasn’t sure if she saw results, but we compared before and after pics and saw huge improvement. You can’t even tell it’s the same person. It looks like a completely different arm! That was a great one .

Jordan: Some people just have a fat type that responds very well to the treatment…

Sarah: Definitely. After seeing the comparison pictures, the client was very happy and impressed. Sometimes it’s hard when you look at yourself every day in the mirror to see a change, so hard evidence is good!

Jordan: Totally. Well Sarah, thanks for answering those questions for me. I’m going to wrap it up for Part 1, but I’ll see you soon for Part 2!

    Sarah: Thank you!

  • Have You Tried CoolSculpting?

Jordan: Hello and welcome to CoolCast, with Bellevue, Washington business owner Jennifer Washburn of Advanced Skin and Body Solutions: the country’s #1 CoolSculpting Provider. I’m Jordan, the Marketing Director, and Jennifer – thanks so much for chatting with me again.

Jennifer: Hi Jordan. How are you?

Jordan: I’m well! Since we like to discuss CoolSculpting here, can you briefly explain what happens during a consultation for CoolSculpting when somebody comes in to the spa?

Jennifer: Sure. We do a lot of consultations, I think we have four specialists only working on consultations in the spa. They’re all great. We don’t know who someone is going to get when they come through the door, but they all do a great job. The first thing to do is find out what the client’s goals are. Sometimes CoolSculpting isn’t what they’re looking for. Sometimes they’re looking for skin tightening, sometimes they need to lose weight first, etc. We assess their goals and if they’re a good candidate. Which is: if they have some unwanted fat area that they can’t get rid of with regular diet and exercise. This is a very common problem. People are often at or near their goal weight, they just have a little tummy “pooch”. CoolSculpting could be great for that.

So, we tell them about the procedure and what it entails – the pros and cons. We go through the list of things they can look forward to, how long it’s going to take to see results, and then we do a body assessment. We squeeze the area that is of concern to them to see if it’s an appropriate area to treat with CoolSculpting. Sometimes it isn’t, and that’s okay. But if it is, we’ll recommend how many applicators we need to use on that area and how many treatments we think they need. Usually it’s one or two, and we do guarantee our results. If we say we can get results, we guarantee them as long as clients follow what we tell them to do and come back for follow-ups…

Next, we collect a 10% deposit. We offer a great financing system called “Cherry” that’s super easy to apply for. If somebody doesn’t want to pay for the treatment right then, they can finance it with no interest (at times) and schedule their appointment with a 10% deposit. And that’s what we do at a consultation!

Jordan: Thank you so much. I’d also like to add, for the guarantee to apply, I think they have to remain the same weight. Isn’t that correct?

Jennifer: Yes! There are a few stipulations to the guarantee. You have to be within 3 pounds of your starting weight when we do CoolSculpting, and you have to come back for follow ups. Results often come slowly, so people don’t realize they got results until they come back for follow ups. And we love to show them their pictures to say, “look at what happened” – And they’re so excited! The other thing we do in the consultation is show many before and after pictures so they can see our work, and what we’ve treated. We try to find similar body types to show them what to expect. The main thing in a consult is to make sure they have realistic expectations.

Jordan: So you’ll be upfront with any limitations of CoolSculpting, who it’s meant for and who it’s not meant for?

Jennifer: Yes, it’s not magic. It’s definitely not magic. And if people don’t want to take care of themselves on their own, it’s not going to be the end. If you gain 20 pounds after CoolSculpting, you’re not going to be happy no matter how much the CoolSculpting worked. Fat can’t grow back in cells we treated… however, the fat cells that you still have remaining can get bigger with weight gain. So you’re never going to be happy if you gain a bunch of weight, whether you CoolSculpted or not.

Jordan: Got it. So I was wondering if we could talk more about CoolSculpting ELITE because I know these are new devices that change the way the ASBS Cool Team operates. In your view, how are ELITE devices different than the original, Legacy devices?

Jennifer: Well, they’re shaped a bit differently, so the actual treatment cup or applicator goes on easier and has more suction on the surface area. So we’re getting better tissue contact. But more importantly, each ELITE device can treat two areas at once. The older machines worked very well, but they were bulky and we’d often have to pull two or three into one room to treat three areas at once. It was cumbersome for our technicians to do the treatment because they were pulling these big “robot” units around the office.

Well now with ELITEs, they’re really sleek. They look pretty. They show the CoolSculpting logo all lit-up, so that’s kind of nice. But the way the applicators go on, we’re able to maneuver them to treat up to four body parts at the same time! We only need two machines for that. So it really makes the treatment go by faster. Instead of somebody spending 8 hours at our office (if we had a single machine), we can sometimes cut it into 2 or 3 hours. So it is much quicker.

Jordan: Right. I just wanted to ask too, because I know that you like to try some of these treatments. Have you tried ELITEs specifically, and what are your thoughts on it?

Jennifer: No, I have not tried the ELITE. We’ve had it since last February. I did the Legacy machines when we got them years ago, and I don’t have any fat cells on the area. There’s nowhere to treat anymore – because you could potentially keep CoolSculpting but not have anything to CoolSculpt – i.e. I could put it on my body but nothing would happen because I don’t have treatable fat cells. The science remains the same with ELITE. While we’ve gotten more efficient, it’s the same treatment. So yes, I just don’t need to CoolSculpt, a good problem to have! But I’d love for anyone else to come try the ELITEs because they’re fun and we can treat many areas at once.

Jordan: Have you heard from any clients about that? From anybody who’s tried both machines or any experiences specifically with ELITEs?

Jennifer: Everyone got results with either machine. I think clients can sense that our technicians are happier using ELITEs because they’re easier and quicker to operate. People enjoy less time in the treatment chair. There have been people who have done, for instance, their second treatment with ELITEs vs. first treatment with Legacy; they’ve noticed they’re able to get out faster and that the technicians aren’t jumping over each other to get the machines situated.

We could do it before, but it was just more like a “gymnastics routine”. Now, it’s almost like doing a well-polished, well-oiled dance. Clients just go in there and there’s sometimes two or three technicians at once. They situate the applicators and ELITEs help the whole process.

Jordan: I’ve been in the treatment rooms taking pictures, and I will say that it’s nice not to have to jump over so many machines to do that!

Jennifer: Exactly. And they light up all pretty, so we like that.

    Jordan: We do like that!

Jennifer: The other thing: If anyone has heard of Brilliant Distinctions from the past, it’s Allergan’s reward system. Allergan Pharmaceuticals owns Botox, Juvederm, CoolSculpting, etc. So we are able to issue membership points, now called Allē. You get Allē points when you do anything in the Allergan portfolio of treatments. You can also use points towards SkinMedica products (owned by Allergan).

The new ELITE machines have a way to scan in your points and make it easier to use Allē’s system. So we’re able to issue points right from the treatment room on the machines (over the internet) because the machines are connected. So it’s pretty cool. When clients do CoolSculpting with us, they’re issued enough points to get money off the next treatment. Sometimes people pay zero out of pocket for a product because they have points accumulated from CoolSculpting, or they get $60 off Botox because they have points. So there’s some benefit to that too.

Jordan: Yes, there’s always some points system in effect – in terms of double points for a certain month – so if you follow us on our Instagram (@AdvancedSkinAndBody) you’ll be able to see those. But Jennifer, thank you so much for answering my questions. That’s all I have for you for today. Thank you again for chatting with me about CoolSculpting!

Jennifer: Thanks Jordan. I’ll talk to you soon!

  • Estheticians Sheridan Wesley + Aubrey Baron!

Jordan: Hello and welcome to CoolCast, all about our medispa: Advanced Skin and Body Solutions in Bellevue, Washington. Today I have with me Licensed Master Estheticians Sheridan Wesley and Aubrey Baron. Ladies, thanks so much for chatting with me today!

Aubrey: Of course, thanks for having us!

Jordan: I’m excited to get started. Last time we talked with Jennifer about CoolSculpting and this time we’re going to dive into some esthetician topics as you’re both Licensed Master Estheticians. Since she’s been here a bit longer, I’ll start with Sheridan. Can you explain how you started your career as a Master Esthetician, and how you found Advanced Skin and Body?

Sheridan: Sure. Well… I tried the whole college thing and it didn’t really work out. I’ve always struggled with my skin, so I thought, “Why not focus on that?”. I ended up attending the Aveda Institute in Seattle, and I wasn’t very interested in what they taught. They had basic facials, but didn’t believe in chemical peels or microdermabrasion (they’re more “holistic”). But I still needed help fixing my own skin and acne issues. Next, I found Dr. Sabbagh who owned Washington Laser Institute in Federal Way. That was a Master Esthetics school. They were more medical and I loved their program! It opens a lot of doors when you become a Master Esthetician. I was job hunting and it was very hard to get an interview as I had no experience – none. I hadn’t even had a real facial before. I had a roommate at the time, who was friends with Aubrey…

    Aubrey: That’s right!

Sheridan: Aubrey’s dad worked at ProClub where Jennifer – the owner – was a member. Her dad mentioned me and that’s how I got an interview, and got the job!

Jordan: Full circle, and small world! I never knew that story, thanks. Aubrey, what about you?

Aubrey: Originally, I was going to college for exercise science and nutrition. Just a few semesters. I noticed that everyone around me knew exactly what they wanted to do after school, what kind of place they wanted to work, etc. For me, I couldn’t picture myself in that field. I took a step back and asked myself, “What can I see myself doing on a daily basis?”. At the time our mutual friend was going through esthetician school, so I chatted with her. I decided to transfer out of my major, went to Euro Institute of Skin Care, then Washington Laser Institute as well. I worked in a medical spa for a couple of years but was ready for the next step in my career. I then reconnected with our mutual friend, got in touch with Sheridan, and I’ve been at Advanced Skin and Body for a few months.

Jordan: Great, thank you! Sheridan, how long have you been here now?

Sheridan: I’ve been here almost 5 years!

Jordan: Wow, what a milestone! I’m glad to hear about your background. Now I’d like to go more in-depth on treatments. I usually discuss CoolSculpting, so I’m excited to talk about skin! What treatments do you both specialize in?

Aubrey: We specialize in very similar things. Everything skin related. Skin resurfacing, acne, concerns about pore size, texture, fine lines, anti-aging, etc. Clinical facials, lasers, microneedling, IPL therapy, and more. Mostly on the face but much can be done on the body. Any skin concerns!

Sheridan: We all have our speciality too: AKA what we enjoy most in that realm. For me, it’s acne for sure. Trying to help active acne, acne scars or pigmentation. That’s where I find the most joy, since it’s why I got into the industry. My acne people are like my little club, with a special place in my heart.

Aubrey: There’s something really satisfying about taking people through that acne journey. Acne can make people super self conscious. We love helping them to notice a real difference in their skin. Homecare helps too, along with treatments.

Jordan: I’ve known people who’ve struggled with acne very young, going through accutane… it’s great knowing that there’s a way to regain their confidence and address the issue.

Sheridan: Sure, there are a lot of other options that aren’t so risky as accutane. You should make skin care a part of your everyday ritual. Make it sustainable long term.

Jordan: I wanted to ask more about your experience with clients. What is one story, or your favorite story so far, of working with clients at Advanced Skin and Body?

Aubrey: One client comes to mind. I had a client from California, and she didn’t wear any sunscreen then. She’s been a rockstar with her homecare, and we’ve been seeing her for Clear and Brilliant. She told me her husband is noticing, her friends are starting to notice, and in such a short time. It’s very gratifying!

Sheridan: For me, I have one specific girl I’ve been working with for two or three years. She had a lot of acne (cystic), pale skin, red scarring – not okay with her. From the get-go, she was open to anything I suggested no matter how harsh. Every four weeks she came in for major chemical peels, regardless of downtime. With these you can peel for 7-10 days, so it’s not the most pretty look. But she was open to it. You need support! I’m currently peeling right now. Thankfully I work in a spa where I can peel and most people will copy what I do.

Jordan: Right, your coworkers understand why you’re peeling…

Sheridan: Exactly, but my client was in nursing school while peeling. She peeled every month, seeing patients, classmates, she didn’t care. The goal was good skin, and she stuck through it. Of course, acne is something you deal with for your whole life, but she still comes in for maintenance peels. She always listened and did everything she needed to do at home. It made it much easier on my end as the provider.

Jordan: I never knew that you girls talk to clients about homecare, and how to treat themselves.

Sheridan: Yes! I always tell people skin care is like the dentist. We’re the dentist. If you only see us a few times a year, doing nothing at home, what are your teeth going to look like?

Aubrey: Right, and I use the personal trainer example. You can see a personal trainer every so often, but if you aren’t following a specific regimen at home, you aren’t going to get very far.

Jordan: Totally. Since you’ve both had experiences at other medispas, how has working at Advanced Skin and Body been different?

Aubrey: I’ve had a few different medispa and school environments, and I would say working here is very positive! Everyone is super energetic. My first couple days everyone was acting like my friend and laughing all the time. I think clients can also pick up on that. The energy is positive, uplifting, and supportive.

Jordan: I’ve always felt that way too. I’ve come in for years. You want the medispa to feel professional, but also casual and friendly.

Aubrey: I’ve built a lot of friendships with clients that will probably last years. I think that’s important.

Jordan: Awesome. What would each of you say to any listeners today?

Sheridan: For anyone having issues with your skin, come see a professional. Don’t rely on Tik-Tok and Instagram for your skin care tips. There’s a reason we went to two different schools and took four tests. We don’t just slap a product on your face and call it a day. There’s a huge science behind it. Skin isn’t the same for everyone. What works for your friend might not work for you. Even if it’s a consultation, just get skin care advice. Come in, pick our brains. If you want to change something about your skin, there are so many options!

Aubrey: Even if you’re just getting started, it doesn’t have to be intimidating. We can make it easy for you to build a regimen.

Jordan: Great, thanks again for coming on the show to discuss esthetics!

    Both: Thank you!

  • Jennifer Talks CoolSculpting ‘ELITE’!

    Jennifer Washburn

Jordan: Welcome to CoolCast with Bellevue, Washington business owner Jennifer Washburn of Advanced Skin and Body Solutions – the country’s #1 CoolSculpting provider. I’m Jordan, the Marketing Director here, and Jennifer, thank you so much for chatting with me!

Jennifer: Of course, I’m excited to get started!

Jordan: So, last time we discussed general CoolSculpting (what it does), but this time I wanted to talk about “CoolSculpting ELITE”, if that’s fine with you. For any new listeners, can you explain what ELITE is and how it’s going at Advanced Skin and Body?

Jennifer: Yes! First of all, I want to say that we’ve used CoolSculpting for the last 5 years – we’re calling them “Legacy” machines – with great success. So when we start talking about new machines, I’m not going to knock the old machines because they were amazing. Legacy CoolSculpting helped us to get to our #1 status. We did thousands of treatments on people, and it was great. There’s nothing wrong with them at all. Jordan, I think you had the Legacy applicators when you came for CoolSculpting?

    Jordan: That’s right.

Jennifer: Right. So for ELITE, in my opinion it’s the equivalent of when there’s a new iPhone that’s just better. It has a new camera, it has better features… Why use the older model when you could have the best? The thing we’re finding with ELITE is we get better, quicker results. It’s due to the way the engineers have designed the cooling cups. If you recall, the Legacy applicators also had a vacuum cooling cup, so we could identify where to treat, circle it with a marker, then suction up the fat. ELITE does the same thing, but covering more skin surface than the old applicators. We’re getting more freezing with ELITE’s design, and better results. One of the applicators covers 18% more skin surface! Also, there are different applicator choices. Something brand new is the “surface” applicator for outer thighs! We treated the area before, but now it’s better-fitting. Now we can treat almost any client regardless of thigh fat amount. ELITE is just really cool too, visually, the machine is much sleeker and more “2021”.

Jordan: I would agree! Having shared a lot of social media photos, I’d say your iPhone comparison holds up. CoolSculpting ELITE seems more space efficient, sleeker, and its size has additional benefits. Aren’t you now able to wheel more machines in the room for added CoolSculpting?

Jennifer: Yes, I forgot to mention that. It’s a given for us, because we always used two Legacy CoolSculpting machines in treatment rooms to “dualsculpt” two areas, simultaneously. When we got super busy, we’d wheel in three or four machines to “quadsculpt”, but it was crammed! Now, each ELITE device has two applicators. We’re able to really wind them around clients to target all fat areas. Now we complete client treatments in a quarter of the time, with QuadSculpting at Advanced Skin and Body! That said, we are so booked that being able to use two machines at once is tough. You’d have to book a while in advance. Right now we have four CoolSculpting rooms going almost full time, but we just ordered two more machines. We are going to have six machines in the near future!

Jordan: That’s great to hear! I imagine it’s filling up, especially going into the summer season for CoolSculpting.

Jennifer: Spring is even busier here! And in Seattle we stay slammed all through June, July, and August (when kids resume school). That said, it’s a whole new world out there with the pandemic, so we’ll see what happens in the coming months.

Jordan: Got it. So speaking of CoolSculpting ELITE, can you give some examples of body areas that clients typically consider QuadSculpting? And how would you divide up the body areas?

Jennifer: Sure. You could sculpt their chin, arms, and abs all together, since they are non-overlapping areas. If you freeze four non-overlapping areas, it’s fine. With abs, you can usually just use one applicator since it’s a smaller muscle. Possibly, you could also add two on your flanks for full QuadSculpting. Or, your outer thighs, abs, and flanks. We’re always trying to figure out ways to freeze more in less time. We’re also able to get great “tissue draw” with ELITE. That means: all of the fat goes to the top of the applicator, and you can feel the difference. Frozen fat feels like a stick of hard butter when we start your two-minute massage. As technicians, we can really feel the difference between Legacy vs. ELITE frozen fat. It feels harder since more fat cells are frozen. We were also the first to get ELITE! We’re the #1 CoolSculpting providers in the nation, so our friends at Allergan (CoolSculpting parent company) gave us early access to ELITE. We’re planning on expanding and being #1 in the nation for a long time.

Jordan: With ELITE tissue draw, can you explain how the results are looking? Are clients losing more fat, or seeing quicker results?

Jennifer: Yes, clients are reporting their results a bit sooner: ~4 weeks in. Ultimately, their results are better because the applicators fit better! In areas that didn’t have as much fat (posterior flanks for example), we’re seeing clients for one ELITE session instead of two. Not always the case, but we’re seeing this with certain body parts like the flanks.

Jordan: Got it. And I know you were using Legacy machines for years before. Do you have any clients that have tried both?

Jennifer: Yes, and I think clients are reporting that the fat areas feel more frozen. They feel their treatment is more “complete”. More than that, we’re noticing it looks most different when they return for after photos! The main thing clients have really noticed is how many technicians we have. We often have three technicians working on them at once . We just want to get the CoolSculpting done quickly. We basically have parties in our treatment rooms!

Jordan: Fun. I really do want to try ELITE soon.

Jennifer: Yeah, they’re great for smaller people too. I know you aren’t overweight, and ELITE could still work for you. The Legacy machines didn’t draw as much tissue on smaller clients, but now ELITE can treat smaller areas, smaller people, etc. We’re confident they’ll get the results they paid for either way. We also offer a “Great Results Guarantee”. We’re the only CoolSculpting provider – maybe on the entire West Coast – to offer one. I know Bodify in Scottsdale, Arizona offers one too. I’m not sure anyone else does. Basically, we only accept clients that we really think we’re going to get great results for them. Because of that, we do turn some people away. We’ll say, “we’ll treat you, but we can’t guarantee your results”. Sometimes they walk out the door, but we’d rather that happen than giving someone a subpar CoolSculpting treatment…

When we do treat, we guarantee those results. If you come back for two sessions total and still haven’t seen fat loss (and weight remains the same), we will retreat you for free! We stand by your results. Now, this rarely happens that someone will do two sessions and not see results, but it can happen. In general, a good CoolSculpting candidate is someone who is close to their ideal weight, and generally stable in their weight. If their weight wildly fluctuates, they can do CoolSculpting but may not notice the results or be happy with them; regaining fat might make their results invisible. We have to compare apples-to-apples. Your fat cells can still get bigger all over your body if you put on weight, even after CoolSculpting.

Jordan: Thank you! What would you say to someone who’s never tried CoolSculpting, didn’t try Legacy, but they’re just now hearing about ELITE?

Jennifer: Well, for sure don’t go anywhere that doesn’t have ELITE. Do your research. And choose a facility with a lot of experience. If you’re listening to this from another state, look on CoolSculpting.com for a provider that offers ELITE. If you want to see who does the most CoolSculpting, you can filter for “utilization”: that’s who does the most in your area. Also, come in for a consultation! If you can’t come in, we offer Zoom consultations too. They’re very convenient for people. I’m doing six just today. I talked to someone on Zoom today who lived 30 minutes away and I’m glad he didn’t come in. He was about 80 pounds overweight and not a candidate right now, but he’s going to consider using CoolSculpting to achieve his goals in 6 months. We’ll get on Zoom together, and I’m happy to answer any questions at all. I can do a pretty good evaluation and we’ll go from there.

Jordan: I can vouch for you! You’re good at explaining CoolSculpting, since you do it all day long.

Jennifer: Definitely. Also, we are not charging an upgrade fee for ELITE. When people come in, they aren’t paying more. I don’t know how long that’s going to go for… So I would come in now, if you’re at all interested in CoolSculpting.

Jordan: There you go! If you didn’t know, you can also call or text us at: (425) 643-5772. Shoot us a text, the front desk would be happy to book you. Jennifer, thanks again for chatting with me about ELITE!

    Jennifer: Of course. Take care!
